7. Transfer of flats produced by the signing parties to the act of transfer, after registration of the contract in the Office of the Federal Service of state registration, inventory and mapping of Moscow.

8. Gr.gr. Ivan Ivanov, Petrov, Pyotr Petrovich, undertake a week after the signing parties to withdraw from the act of transfer of registration records for the addresses exchanged apartments and actually release the convertible apartments.

9. Parties shall ensure that these apartments are not sold to anyone, not a gift, not laid down in the dispute and custody (ban) are not, do not put in rentals, free use. The parties acknowledge that to date the debt on public utilities and other mandatory payments are not available.

10. After the registration of this contract and property rights in the Office of the Federal State of registration, inventory and mapping of Moscow Parties shall at its own expense maintenance and repair of apartments with the current uniform rules and regulations, as well as participate in proportion footprint of the costs associated with maintenance and repair, including the capital, the whole house.
